Joint Commission on the Accreditation of
Healthcare Organizations “Quality Check”
Available as of January 2006, the “Quality Check” initiative, measured by the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), the gold-standard accrediting agency within the hospital industry nationwide, gives comparison information that a person can use to determine whether a healthcare organization will meet his or her needs. TCH voluntarily submits data for use in “Quality Check,” as a testament to our confidence in the quality of care we provide for our patients. We happily invite you to compare us to other organizations. Our quality indicators are strong, and continually improving where opportunities exist.
