 Transylvania
Community Hospital is located just minutes from the downtown Brevard
area and the entrance to the Pisgah National Forest.
The Hospital campus includes the main facility with nearby buildings
which house our data processing,
accounting, and staff development offices. Our new Outpatient
Rehab is located at 92 Chestnut Street in the lower level of Brevard
Orthopaedics.
 Located on our campus,
on Medical Park Drive, are the private practices of several of our staff physicians.
Other physician practices are located in downtown Brevard, on Gallimore road, Chestnut
Street, Broad Street, Probart Street Extension, Neely Road, off of Asheville Highway and
also in outlying areas of Transylvania County including Penrose, Rosman, and Lake Toxaway.
 Our TCH Foundation
is located at 223 West Jordan Street in Brevard (behind the
Brevard post office). The TCH Home Care Services Building is located at 1234 Asheville
Highway in the Brevard Plaza shopping center.
